Legitize
Legitize is a team of passionate professionals supporting law firms and legal departments with modern and effective solutions.
Legitize - partner of modern legal teams
We automate tasks, organise documents and streamline communication, giving you full control over the work of your legal team.
My name is Karolina and I have been helping law firms and in-house legal departments to optimise their work for years.
After years of experience as Head of Legal, I know how lawyers are overwhelmed by increasingly complex legal assignments, with organisational processes often taking up more of their time than the substantive work itself.
I first changed this reality in my organisation and then founded Legitize to help others.
Together with a team of technology specialists - including automation and artificial intelligence (AI) - we connect the legal world with modern tools, facilitating the daily work of lawyers.

Why is it worth it?
Cooperation with Legitize
For law firm partners
Greater team effectiveness
Automating processes allows lawyers to focus on client service and substantive matters instead of administrative tasks. This means more time to build client relationships and develop the law firm.
Better management of team occupancy
We offer tools to control who in the team is overloaded and who has spare capacity, which eliminates the risk of burnout and improves work organisation.
Easier acquisition of new customers
By optimising processes, lawyers can make better use of their time to develop new business relationships.
For heads of legal departments
Increasing control over processes
You will quickly find out by whom and when the subject was commissioned, at what stage the blockers appear, what arrangements and information are missing, whether you agree with the method of procedure adopted.
Improving communication
Other departments know what stage their commission is at, which increases transparency and trust and eliminates the perception that the legal department is a 'business blocker'.
Faster decision-making processes
The legal department can analyse documents faster, detect risks and provide the business with clear recommendations. This in turn speeds up decision-making processes and eliminates downtime.
