My name is Karolina and I have been helping law firms and in-house legal departments to optimise their work for years.
My name is Karolina. I am a lawyer and, for many years, I was responsible for overseeing the work of legal teams in my role as Head of Legal.
I’ve seen first-hand how lawyers waste time on manual tasks, disorganised processes and tools that aren’t suited to the tasks they’re actually being used for. How these operations drain the team’s attention faster than the substantive work itself.
First, I got things organised within my organisation. I set up processes and implemented automation and technology that really took the pressure off the team.
It was only then that I set up Legitize.
Today, together with our team of technologists, we design and implement AI systems and automation solutions for law firms and legal departments – from the perspective of a lawyer who knows what this work is really like.
